Throwing instruction
Pull hand tag from the throw bag and hold tight with the non throwing hand.
With throwing hand , hold loop handle at the bottom of the bag. Throw bag with smooth underhand mmotion. Always aim to throw beyond the taget. If miss, pull back and fill bag with water to re-throw.
Repacking instruction
Allow rope and bag to dry out after each use.
Loosen rope and stuff rope back into bag. Do not wrap, roll or coil the rope as it will cause the rope to tangle when being deployed.
